What is collected

Two things. First, what you type into the submit form: your app's name, pitch, links, icon URL, platform, and the handle you choose to show. All of it is published on the board by design.

Second, aggregate traffic analytics, so we can see how many people visit and where from. The board sets no advertising cookies and builds no profile of you.

Payments

Card details never reach this server. Checkout happens on Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and handle billing data, invoicing, and tax under their own privacy policy. This site stores only the payment reference and the amount, so a bid can be matched to a listing.

Retention

Listings and their bid history stay on the board while it operates, since the board is a public record of what was paid. Abandoned submissions that never completed payment are deleted automatically within the hour.

Removal

You can ask for your listing to be taken down at any time through the support address on your Dodo Payments receipt. Removal ends the listing; it does not refund heat already spent.
